Visiting Collection O Prince Residency over Christmas was an experience I’d rather forget. While there are a few positives, I’d recommend staying elsewhere if you’re looking for a true escape. The location is convenient, right near the station, making outings easy without needing a vehicle. The room service was notably lacking, and housekeeping seemed overwhelmed. The continental breakfast was simple but definitely not memorable. I found the WiFi connection to be inconsistent, which is a must for any modern traveler, especially one with work to manage while enjoying a holiday. If you do choose to stay, the air-conditioned rooms are decent but don’t expect much in terms of comfort or style. For my travels, I prefer eco-lodges and safari camps that embody sustainability and a genuine connection with the environment—this place just didn’t deliver that vibe.
